"An erro has occurred..." when set up Gateway 3DS?

Some users met a problem when setting up Gateway 3DS, when they try to setting up, there appears a message" An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart.(Unsaved date maybe lost).", why does this message appears? What's wrong?
It just because users make a confusion for SD card and micro sd card. The microsd card is used for set up with the blue card and also will be used for keeping roms, but when you doing the system setting, it needs a SD card. The SD card is in the right side of your 3DS. Just pull it out, copy "Launcher.dat" file into SD card, then inert the SD card into 3DS to start system setting. Please do not use microsd card to do this step.
An error has occurred message appears when system setting as below picture

You may need a SD card, a micr sd card for setting up Gateway 3DS

Below are some answers from gateway 3DS official team about Gateway 3DS 2.0:
Q:Are you working on multirom support?
A:Yes, we are working on multirom support. We hope to have it ready for the 2.0 release.
Q:Are you working on nand savegame support for pokemon/animal crossing?
A:Yes, we will have pokemon and animal crossing working for the 2.0 release, we will not stop until we have this working!
Q:What can I do with emunand?
A:It will emulate the system’s storage and redirect it to SD, which allows you to update the “emulated NAND” to latest firmware while still keeping your system’s physical NAND storage to 4.5. This means you won’t need to miss out on fun things like eShop and more.
Q: Will you support retail gamecards?
A:Yes, we will add an option to launch the original firmware (with emunand support) so you can play retail gamecards.
Q:Will you support saving without needing to close the application?
A:Yes, we are working on directly updating the savegame file on SD when the savegame chip is being updated. We hope to have it ready for the 2.0 release.
Q:Are you working on supporting online play?
A: We will start working on this after the 2.0 release.
Q:Are you working on supporting 5.x and 6.x 3DS systems?
A: Yes, we have still not given up hope to support these consoles. But please be patient.
